If you are deaf (no offense) then go ahead and rent. Otherwise be ready to hear constant 24/7 traffic noise accentuated by the noise of your upstairs neighbor waliking about and sounding like she's coming though your ceiling. I just rented and can't wait for the year to go by. I wish I had seen this website prior to my signing that lease.
