I think it depends on where you are in th the community...if your building is not facing I-495 you don't hear any cars at all. And if you have good neighbors like I do in Building 1580, it's no problem. I don't hear a thing. I'd say it's case-by-case. I haven't heard my neighbors at all and I'm on a middle floor!
