Lush landscaped grounds and clean. Leasing staff friendly, helpful and responsive. They do take care of your needs. I paid for garage parking. The garage accumulates sand and salt during the winter months. I mentioned this to them and by the end of the day, the entire garage was pressured washed. On another occasion, new tenants moved in and left a dent on the wall outside of my door. I called on this and they fixed and painted it. For every call they attend to everyone of them. I?m very pleased. From what I understand, the Avalon nearby is more expensive but has lousy management. Their maintenance staff is also excellent. They periodically offer movies and treats for kids, as well as holiday activities, and cookouts. They have good room sizes of all apartments I looked at, including the 2nd bedroom (which usually is very small). The second bedrooms also have walk in closet. Good size bathrooms. No problem with noise from adjacent neighbors, but occasionally hear noise from above, but that?s true anywhere you go. All units have washer and dryer. No bugs and pest problems, but if there?s any, getting the exterminator is not a problem. The complex is located seconds from highway, yet very quiet and secluded. The rent is worth it, considering location and service.
