I was shocked to see negative postings for this community. I LOVE living here. I also face the 495 beltway and do here the traffic (admittedly more so during the fall and winter when the barrier trees loose their leaves). However, I love being able to see traffic and know what I am up against in the morning.
If you walk the grounds you could hear a pin drop. It is only noisy near the beltway, which is to be expected. The neighbors are quiet.
The grounds are really great with a beautiful courtyard, nicely equipped gym, pool during the summer, a half basketball court, a pond, and nature / fitness trail that my boys love. The grounds are clean and the neighbors are wonderful.
If you enjoy living life instead of taking care of a yard and other outdoor responsibilities this is a great place to live and even raise a family.
