This is a HUGE complex. I haven't lived in an apartment in almost 20 years so this was an awakening. having lived in the west for a long time I'm accustomed to people being courteous. Oh, in the event it snows, they start scraping the sidewalks at 3AM...good luck if you're a light sleeper.

I was stuck on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building. The person above me stayed up generally till 2-3 Am, even on workdays. The folks below me thought highly of either their surround sound or stereo system, consequently, I rarely got to bed before midnight. On those special occasions (usually 3-4 times a week) the lady upsatirs would treat me to dragging furniture (or dead bodies)across the floor at between 1:27 and 3:30 in the morning.

I don't think the complex would be as bad if there weren't so many inconsiderate people in close proximity. Oh, they're always in a hurry so most mornings you can see residents blowing the red light at the intersection down from the complex. Hope they have good insurance, especially since there is usually a cop sitting in the parking lot adjacent to the intersection on most mornings.
