This place prides itself on McLean/Tysons location, but it sits on the beltway and traffic/noise is a problem. The construction is cheap and you can hear virtually every sound above and below. Fire alarms go off too often, and slow elevators double as freight elevators. Trash chutes back up, and overselling the bandwidth forces slow or no internet connections. Management is arrogant and always seem to screw up paving projects, painting, etc...and whoever managed the speed bump project should be publicly flogged...people just speed up between them and drive dangerously around them. Many people are standoffish and unfriendly. No metro is close and one can't walk anywhere for a cup of coffee, food, etc. The supermarket around the corner is a dump. And the lack of parking is laughably bad. Aside from all that, it's really not too bad.
