Lived the last two years at the Lincoln at Tysons. First year was on the whole not bad, although a bit expensive and with a lot of construction on the property. The second year, however, was quite a nightmare. Constant maintenance problems, a near lawsuit, issues always with the sewage (had to use the plunger all the time) noise coming at you through the walls from every direction, computer center was down half the time. Major problem is that another real estate company purchased the majority of their buildings, and it seems they've almost been in phase-out mode since then. Most of the good staff was either fired or left as well. Considering that they advertise it as a "luxury" apartment, you can do a lot better somewhere else for the $.
