So...defensive (are you the management')

The author of the review from 04/16 sounds so very defensive in its comments and rhetorical questions (this is not a Q&A site, by the way - everyone is entitled to an opinion). It almost sounds like a disgised management of the Lincoln at Tysons. Give us a break about the 24 hours maintenance, (unless you are the one providing it!')...It takes a minimum of 3 days to get someone over to your apartment to fix a problem, to say nothing of the follow-up trips that are very often required. And what about the assaults in the parking garages and the theft of the equipemnt from the old business center' The security car tends to sit in front of the leasing office and not in the garage or other dark spots on the grounds.
I am certainly not sticking around as long as you did and am not interested in becoming on a first name basis with people who are supposed to do thier job in order to have a problem taken care of. By the way, each of the big condos you mentioned - Rotunda, Lillian Court, and the Fountains have a high rental (occupant-to-owner) ratio and the Lincoln at Tysons pales by comparison with each and everyone of them. And yes, some of us have bought houses and are glad to have moved out. Good riddance Lincoln at Tysons!
