Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I live here now for over two years and am glad to move out, very soon.
The management and maintenance dramatically changed to the worse within the last months.
It looks like they hired a bunch of people that just don't give a #### about their jobs and spend more time coffee drinking and internet surfing than caring about the needs of their tenants.
If something's broken in the appartment it takes at least 10 calls that someone comes over after at least 3 days.
The business center is a joke as most of the computers and printers are out of service most of the time. If you complain, the staff is rude and does not react.
It is a bad joke to pay at least 1300,- each month for a small 1BD apartment if the maintenance is so poor and the management is extremely incompetent.
I lived in many upscale apartments before but this one is certainly not worth the money!!!!
Stay away!!!!
