I agree with some of the previous review that the apartment is old. We even had leaking problem from their fire sprinkler, and they won't pay for any damage caused by that. My apartment was less than 600 sq. ft. costed 1400 a month. Now my mortgage is less that twice that much, but I am living in brand new house 5 times bigger. Another problem, the closest grocery/drug store is 15 min. drive away. Also, be prepared for the surprisingly high utility bill, no matter how small your apartment is. We typically paid $100-200/month, because the efficiency of the AC unit was horrible! The machine has to be running 90% of the time to get the temperature at an acceptable level during winter or summer time. Even though my wife works in Mclean, the cost and all the problems really don't worth the convenience.
Think twice before your sign the contract!
