Why the Lincoln mgmt feels they have to comment........

Frankly, after reading all of the reviews, it is true. I have lived here since 2002 and am moving out in a few months (along with several others I have spoken to). Just look at all of the moving trucks out on the weekends moving people OUT. My air is always on, yet the small apartment is warm. My last utility bill was $175! If the Lincoln wants to say that this is not true, then why don't they actually go to the units and see how their AC does not work. Instead of fixing it, they come out and say they "checked it" and it is fine. There are wires all over the place covered in dust. I am upset that they decide to say that the reviewers are lying when they refuse to address the situations that people complain about. Sad that management has to even comment. Hopefully the new property managers will be helpful to the people that are staying. Good luck, I don't envy you at all. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
