Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I have lived at the Lincoln for almost 3 years. They were built in 1989 and they have not maintained the apartments that well. I have horrible problems with the heating bills that still have not been cleared up. The appliances are old and the carpeting is ugly! Check around the area before renting at the Lincoln. Very expensive for what you get.
