Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Apartments are in the middle of nowhere. Area is not lively at all; while convenient to Tyson's Corner, it is removed from the city. Not recommended for active, young people.

Apartment walls are pretty thin. I could usually hear people walking in the apartment above at all times of day and night, even though my neighbors were not particularly overweight.

For the price they ask, you can do much better.
