All I can say is the new management is much better than Lincoln!!! They've had some obstacles to overcome. They deliver on the promises they've made and my maintenance issues have been corrected much quicker than before. They are really trying to make this a better place to live. For over a year I tried to get Lincoln to take down some of the shrubs outside my building. In the year, I got one person to look at what I was talking about. The first time I went into the office with Post as the new management company, someone took the time to walk outside with me to see what I was talking about. 30 minutes later, I saw the employee speaking to the landscape crew outside my apartment. The following week the same employee was outside the apartment talking with another person on what the could do about the problem. I know nothing can be done overnight, but the fact that I have seen actions taken is more than I ever saw with Lincoln.
