I moved here in January, and have experienced nothing but trouble. When this was a Lincoln property, management was totally unresponsive. It's too soon to tell whether Post will do a better job, however, unless they knock down the complex and rebuild it from scratch, this place is so not worth the money they charge.

* I have never lived anyplace quite so noisy. I sometimes wonder if there's actually a herd of elephants living upstairs.
* Appliances are cheap. I have to run the dishwasher 3 times before my dishes are clean.
* The A/C is horrible. I need to keep the temperature at 64 degrees in order for it to be somewhat comfortable in here.
* The parking garage is a little scary. Lately, panels have been falling from the ceiling, leaving gaping holes in the ceiling. Furthermore, the ones still in place look like they could fall any minute and could potentially injure someone or damage a car.
* Last night, I came home to find water leaking out of my bathroom ceiling. The panel on the ceiling was tilting down on one side and I was afraid it was going to fall, so I called for maintenance even though it was after 9pm. The man who fixed it was nice enough, though I found it odd that the second he saw my ceiling he said, oh that's just your A/C leaking into the ceiling. As if this is perfectly normal! Makes me think this has happened before...

I will be moving out when my lease is up. I've hated every second that I've lived in this hellhole.
