Well, let's just put it this way. They waited until DECEMBER to rip out all the weather stripping in my apartment and repaint. It is FREEZING in my apartment and I cannot get the heat to shut off because of how cold it is getting so quickly. They are not going to put the weather stripping back in for 24 hours, so I have a freezing cold, breezy apartment overnight. Not to mention the fact that it will be in the low 30's tonight and my utility bills are already rediculous. They could have done this when the weather was nice, or they could have waited until it got nice again, or they could have waited until that period after I move out and the next person moves in, but instead they chose to rip out my insulation in December while I wasn't home with no warning. Considerate, huh' Not that they're going to pay my utility bills or anything, but they'll be over $200 this month because of it. And anyone who's thinking about living here, they are not worth the money. The workmanship is shoddy, it is so noisy it is rediculous, the walls are paper thin, and there is ALWAYS construction. Plus they do stupid stuff like this where they don't tell you they're coming into your apartment and then they mess something up while you're at work. Not to mention the fact that they tell you utilities will be like $70 per month for electric, but I have yet to have a bill under $100 a month. I have had bills close to $200 and I bet any amount of money that this month will be well over that because of their stupid idea to pull out weatherstripping in December rather than in the previous months when it was nice out. It was in the 60s here throughout November, so there is no excuse for this at all. If you're still thinking about living at these places after reading all of these crappy ratings, then you're about as smart as the management that works here.
