We've lived here for quite some time and are extremely dissatisfied customers. We moved in when it was still run by the Lincoln and they treated us very well.

From the day management changed, we started noticing problems. Maintenance issues weren't being addressed until after the third or fourth call in, construction took place all over the property without notice. The worst problem was not being warned about when painting took place, and it was an obstacle course to get into the apartment.

The management is absolutely the most apalling aspect of living here. They are fake as silicone, and really could care less about the residents. They close the office early some days, never return phone calls, and have made displeasing aesthetic changes to the property.

Aside from all of this, the apartments are old and out of date. The property was constructed 14 years ago and they haven't updated anything! The dishwasher, fridgerator, washer/dryer are ancient. The walls are uneven and the bathroom floors are cracked.

Do yourself a favor, and spend your money elsewhere (this place is overpriced)!
