To save money, er, the environment, management has cut back on the available hot water, so if you're not in the shower by 6am, every day, there's nothing but an ice cold refreshing spray. What's that' turn the heat on so you'll at least be warm when you get out of the ice cold shower' The heat doesn't work either! I saw a polar bear moving out-- it was too cold for him.

To go with the old college dorm feel, the walls are so thin, you won't even need to bring your own stereo. My neighbors have great a great stereo and party all the time. I didn't know how much I would enjoy techno and rave music until they moved in.

To complete the dorm room trifecta, managment enters your apartment without warning for maintenance or just to leave a little note stating 'we're glad you live here.'

I feel trapped. RUN.
