I think this was the worst apartment I ever lived ..not only that the apartment rents were undeservingly exorbitant , the staff was illmannered , they defintely need to attend a class on ethics ..late rents fines were charged 10, 20..% of the rent(is this okay''') but late service response in case of any maintenance request was never compensated as they specify in their contract...compared to their rents(I was paying $1493 for 1B/B) the referral was mere $100..which they took 3 months to reimburse...the list of incidences will go on..but my advise is do not stay here just 'cos this is near to airport(this was reason given to me by their manager as the reason for their higher rents !!!!)
