I initially got a 6 month lease with great discounts, was paying $1089.00 for a 1 bed/1 bath, but at the end of the lease term had to go month to month, which is a $200 premium over the normal rent of $1389.00. I thought this was excessive.
This complex is just about the same as others, except I think they should have shopping carts in the parking garage for hauling groceries, and the recycling facilities should be better marked. I don't think people know what can go in which dumpster.
