I have been living here since Dec. and have no issues. I am reading these bad reviews, and have to completely disagree. I have never seen a rat, never had trouble with appliances, and staff is always helpful. There is plenty of parking, even a garage for guests. My advice, visit for yourself, because these bad reviews are not accurate!
