I have lived here since july of 2006 and have had nothing but great service from management and staff. They have always taken care of my maitenance requests in a timely fashion and are always willing to help out. I have never seen a rat here or any of the other issues people have written about. In regaurds to the Construction behind the property it never starts befor 7:30 and is done with by the time i get home from work at 6:00 pm. Also with regards to the rent increase, Angela was very helpful in negoitiating with the increase to something that was more reasonable as an increase for my renewal.
