Look for my other posts as well for more info. My 2nd lease expires in a few months and I will be moving to Lo Co. Here is my final word on post.
RENT: If your lease expires and they want an increase, search for Post on Realtor.com for comps. Call them on it.
MAINTENANCE: I've honestly NEVER had a problem.
PESTS: Don't believe the rat stories, I've never seen them and I used to leave at 4:30 am.
NOISE: I've never been bothered by noise except the occassional loud talking drunken 20 somethings standing outside at 1 am. That's happened, maybe 6 times in 22 months. There is one asshat that slams his door UNBELIEVEABLY HARD living somewhere below me. (I can never figure out from where exactly). Firetrucks barrelling down the street are very loud, but what are you going to do' They have a policy on dog noisr and it works well. I live in a non dog building but rarely hear dogs from the buildings nearby.
PARKING:When at peak capacity, the garage can be tricky. I have asked corporate to number the spots as we are renting 2 spots per apartment. They have ignored this request without responce. There are an equal number of full size spots and compact spots but too many idiots with compact cars don't oblige. If you arrive later in the evening, you may have to squeeze into a smaller spot.
OFFICE STAFF: Overly friendly and professional. If you have a problem with them, it may be you hmm' It is their job to bilk you on rent increases. See above comment on rent. My name is Mike O'Hara. If you have any questions email me at. mohara@cbmove.com
