Seems great so far! - After reading all the terrible reviews on this site, I was very scepticle about moving into this complex. Happy Place to Live - I live in The Ashby for about one year and it has been good. I work evenings and its nice to come home to a place where I feel safe. Highly Unsecure Property Great location. Beyond that, it really lacks. My car was broken into 4 times while I lived there. Rent per square foot is very high - to be expected given the area. They would not budge on price to keep me there, even given the trouble I had experienced.

Bonus I moved into this place for the schools, and the distance to my job. What I didn't know was, that living here, I'd have a helpfull office staff, NO parking issues, and the convenience of walking to restaurants.
