My Wonderful Home Best place to live in the Tysons Corner area. Everyone here is polite and friendly. Everyone you interact with is willing to help and this is hard to find. A bit pricey but it is well worth it. My husband and I love it so much we have changed our minds about buying a home for now.

Great Place I paid the same amount for a dive in Fairfax, the Apartments at Regents Park, same size, same number of bathrooms and a garage at each. No comparison whatsoever. The Ashby is heaven compared to the Apartments at Regents Park. There are no cons.

Highly Unsecure Property Great location. Beyond that, it really lacks. My car was broken into 4 times while I lived there. Rent per square foot is very high - to be expected given the area. They would not budge on price to keep me there, even given the trouble I had experienced.

Bonus I moved into this place for the schools, and the distance to my job. What I didn't know was, that living here, I'd have a helpfull office staff, NO parking issues, and the convenience of walking to restaurants.
