I have lived here since 2000 and have no reason to leave. Since I have moved in, the office staff as well as maintenance have been wonderful. I have sent many people here over the years since I know they would be happy here too.

I am relocating from NY with my 12 yr old son this summer and this apt complex was one on my list. Is it a good atmosphere for a pre-teen? I don't want to take him out of one bad environment and put him into another.
