My wife & I have lived at two other apt. complexes in Hanover and this one is by far the best. We expect some noise, it is, after all an apartment. But because this one is so new,we don't hear much of anything. Our balcony overlooks the woods and a nature trail, which makes it seem like we live in the park. The new management company is a nice change from the former managment company. We also enjoy the residents here better since there are more families and older couples living here. The office staff is very attentive to our needs, unlike the former management company. They welcome our suggestions and respond to our maintenance requests in a reasonable time frame.
The only complaint we have is the size of the pool.
Overall, we would highly recommend this complex!
