I don't know what those other reviews are talking about, but the management shift at Brandy Hill has been no big deal at all. Vicky seems to be an attentive, dedicated property manager, and everyone else in the leasing office is just as friendly and helpful as ever. The new management has shown itself to be a very resident oriented, very organized company. I've lived here for 3 years and have noticed ZERO changes that have affected me or any of my neighbors. I have a great apartment, beautiful scenery, low rent, and a location to die for. I've lived in this area all my life and I know for a fact that I couldn't find an apartment this nice at such a low price anywhere else. Why would I ever leave!
