DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR GREAT INCENTIVES TO GET IN THE PLACE BECAUSE THATS ABOUT ALL THAT IS GOOD ABOUT THE PLACE. THEY TRIED RENTING ME A PLACE THAT WAS BASICALLY SPRAYED WITH PAINT AND THATS ALL. THE DISH WASHER DOOR DIDNT CLOSE, HOLES IN THE WALLS WERE FILLED IN AND NOT SANDED, JUST PAINTED OVER, DOOR KNOBS IN EACH ROOM DIDNT WORK, BOARDS ON PATIO WERE COMING UP WITH NAILS STICKING OUT OF THEM. NOT TO MENTION WHEN I WALKED UP TO THE PLACE TO DO THE INSPECTION, MY WALK WAY WAS BLACK, DIRTY, AN EMPTY BEER BOTTLE WAS STUCK UP IN THE CORNER, THE SIDING WAS GREEN. I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK FOR THE HOLD FEE. I LOST $100 FOR THE CREDIT CHECK BUT THANK GOD I GOT OUT OF THE LEASE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
