I've lived here going on 9 years. Maint is great. If I've had a problem, I call. By the time I get home from work, the issue is fixed. The grounds are kept up very well. Noise sometimes is an issue, buy HEY...it's apartment life. You hear doors slam, kids on skateboards in the parking lot, etc. People with dogs, yes, they don't always clean up after the walk, people slam doors...but those are rude people who don't respect the space of others.
