	Basic vanilla townhouse/apartment. I have one of the two bdrm apts,nobody above me or below me which is great. Units are older but maintained. Heat pumps are old and not particularly efficient. Very convenient to I-295.

	Thay say in brochure walking trails and kids play area, it doesn't exist. If you ask the maint. guy to fix anything he will smile and say okay then ----- to the office staff about you. I have 2 drug ... more

	**Bad office management** **not in office when rent is due** **slow at exteminating (we're been waiting for over 1 month for them to take care of ants** **noisy at night**
