The apartments do have ample storage and some great perks. The apartments are older well over 20 years old to have such a high rent. The kitchen and bathrooms are both really outdated. All the appliances are just as old too. The whole complex which is Phase 1 I & II has one trash compactor that always seems to be broken which causes trash to be all over the ground. Yes the ladies in the office are nice and they always seem to go out of their way for you, BUT.. the Maintance is not quite the same story. There is usually only one guy and most calls take more than a day or two to complete. Parking can be a problem at certain buildings and the just SMALL DOGS WELCOME is not true, People have full size dogs, you see more of those than small. The decks are falling apart where they will only replace a board at a time (and only when it rotts). Not just mine, but plenty of other also. The HVAC systems are also just as old as the apartments which means if your on a top floor your AC will run all day where it can not keep cool, which in return runs up your bill.

100% TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE STATEMET. FOR JUST $15 more a month you can live in Brandy Hill and it's so much more worth it. As Mill Trace is losing many residents. We handed in our Notice as we are buying a house and there quote was... OH NO not another one!
