Mill Trace Village

I JUST RENEWED MY LEASE FOR ANOTHER YEAR From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I just signed on at Mill Trace for another year! The location is great and the staff is really nice and very helpful. I like the fact that the office is open 7 days a week, and can help if needed, even on the weekends. I submitted a non-emergency problem for the maintenance staff and they came and fixed it the SAME DAY! The maintenance team is very helpful & professional, and greet you while out & about. I find it very comforting that there are many police and deputy vehicles in the various parking areas, and know that my neighbors are good ones! The lake is beautiful and I love to sit and watch the Blue Heron and Egrets on the lake. I also enjoy cooking out at the grills provided throughout the complex. Very pet friendly and a perfect place to walk my dog. It only takes me 15 minutes to get to work in downtown Richmond. The rent may be more than some places, but being able to walk my dog late at night without being nervous or scared, and the peace of mind knowing they run criminal checks on everyone makes it worth the extra money. Highly recommended.
