Mill Trace Village

Tough Decision From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The apartments are nice due to the central location. However, my family and I have had run ins with other tennants. It seems like Mills Trace was hurting for business and getting people to sign leases this past summer, and has been accepting anyone. We've noticed the type of people who have been moving in, not to assume or classify anyone--but familys living in 2 bedroom apartments consisting of 10 or more seems quite frequent. And the type of people moving in lately seems of much lower class income. We have also been seeing more tennants outside, mainly younger kids at night acting strangely. It wasn't like this when we moved in almost a year ago. I personally do not like the apartment manager as well. Not to mention names, but I feel that she is inadequate for her job. On a brighter note, we have met some incredible neighbors who we love! For the most part, the maintenance men are good and friendly.
