ready to move after 3 months!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Great location and the pool is nice also, but once you have seen that, you are done with the good stuff!!! the prices are a bit high, when you look at teh model....that is NOT what you are going to get at all!!! the model is larger and nicer thent eh apartment they will put you in. the apartment buildngs and stair ways are not nice, there are holes in the wood and the railings are falling apart. Parking is horrible, some neighbors will have multuple guests with multipal cars park RIGHT IN FRONT of the building, even though the rules state differently. and don't even bother with call the office manager to complain or ask about something. The assistant manager is rude, I called to request that they fix the 8 x 8 inch hole in my cieling, and she said " we will get right on that, have a great day".....click. now that would be great if she had asked me what my name or building number was!!! and besides that, they are supposed to come in and replace our patio doors, great, but don't call me 3 days before it is supposed to happen which also happens to be right before a holiday and expect me to be able to get my pets out that soon! Further more, when they put the lovely hole in my cieling, they were supposed to come in on tuesday or wednesday, which meant for those 2 days i had to move all of my furniture and lock my pets up into one room. BY wednesday night it had not been done, so my new problem is i have to find a place for my pets since they are not allowed in the apartment while replacing the doors and JUST HOPE they actully get this done on time!!! I also do not trust to have the maintence men in my house, they are also acting weird and not trust worthy! all in all, I am ready to move out and not have to deal with this place any more. 9 more months....and i am OUT!!!!!!!!!!!! my advice.....don't even bother!
