I have lived here a couple of years. When my family and I moved in it was wonderful. Lately things have gotten worse. The property manager has cause problems with my husband and neighbor. We have had mice get into our storage closet outside. They had the storage room door replace over a holiday weekend. My husband has come home after they had contractors in our home to find that our front door, sliding door and storage room door unlocked. When confronted about it they told me that I was wrong that everything was locked at 4:30 I then said then how come the doors where unlocked at 6. Next time they are in my apartment and leave the doors open I am calling the police because what if someone broke into my apartment' When they painted the front doors they did not announce themselves. I came into the living room to find my door open. I have a dog and a cat and i always put them away before someone comes in. One of the pool monitors singles out my children and yells at them to stop running. She doesn't even give me time to do it. I am always the first one to say something to my kids. I don't even have time to close the gate when she finds something wrong. If she is working that afternoon and it rains a little bit forget about going to the pool the whole evening she won't open it back up. The apartment manager even lets her child and her child's friends come to the pool without adult supervision. Her daughter is under the age of being allowed out there alone according to her rules but she still lets her go out there. They don't even live here so I don't see why she can bring her daughter here and three of her daughters friends and let them have free reign over the pool before it even opens for the tenants. I have called RC Evans to complain about things and nothing happens. As soon as we can leave this place we are leaving! I believe everyone feels this way since there are only 7 apartment taken in this building. This is just some of the things that are wrong. I will give them that their maintenance staff is very friendly and they always fix what needs to get fixed quickly!

WOW...I don't know where to begin after reading this! But I have to say that I have been a resident here for several years and haven't had anything to complain about. Since the new manager has come in, I have seen a significant change! I have seen many improvements. I'm not quite sure if apartment living is best for you, maybe you should move into a house. I think the staff is always wonderful and ensures that the residents are completely satisfied. I have made many friends here and haven't heard any complaints from them. I would also like to comment about the pool monitor. They are just doing their job. I'm sure they are not just picking on your kids. They are ensuring safety which is important. I'm positive that the pool monitor mentions it to ANYONE that is running around at the pool. I wouldn't take that as "picking on your kids"! They just want to be certain that your kids don't get hurt. ~Satisfied Resident

I have seen other kids running and this certain pool monitor doesn't say a thing. Others have even made comments to me about her. Let me just say that not all the pool monitors are doing this just this one and I have seen it with my own eyes. If my children get hurt its on me what is she going to do? Nothing all they can do is call 911. Where as since I am CPR qualified I could help anyone that is there if its needed. Other people have even talked to me about how things are there and how it is worse with the new manager. I have made friends there as well. I am usually very easy to get along with but I don't like when things are not done right. I don't call having mice, finding all my doors unlocked and the manager ignoring things, washing the building with bleach which triggers asthma attacks, migraines and allergic reactions with out telling the residents an improvement. The manager is not approachable at all! Almost all of my building is empty because people are not satisfied. I don't know maybe you are friends with the manager so maybe you get better treatment then the families I know.

I live here also have for several months! I noticed that all my doors were unlocked as well and I complained about it and they just brushed it off. I had my dog on the balcony they let my dog inside and didn't put him back out after replacing the patio door...running all in my house. Not to mention there are people above us that have a tredmill or something and sounds like they are going to fall on out heads at 6 am...people are inconciderate!
