its not that bad out here. I live with my two children and most of the time I don't even need maintenance, but when I have they came within a day. Everything is affordable and right next to my work. I liked the rental office and thoght that's how the apartments looked. They don't look that good but after new appliances and carpet its great. The only thing I can say is that the hallways are kinda dirty but the cleaners come on fridays. I hope they can repaint this winter.
