I have never in my life seen a more ghetto place to live. I don't live there thank God, but my friend does. She lives in a building where 24/7 there is a gang hanging out in front of her building. I told her to go talk to the office and she said no one is ever there. How can you run a place and never be at work' anyways if i can help anyone to get out now or move to a different place it would be a good idea. Whoever wrote that this place, Wasn't that bad!! is CRAZY! whatever do what you want but look at maybe beaverdam creek or chickahominy bluff before going to the ghetto.
