GREAT PLACE TO LIVE I have lived at Mill Trave for 16 years. Wonderful place to live. I have had no problems with the maintenance staff or the office staff. Everything has been handled professionally and in a timely manner. They are constantly working on upgrading the apartment complex.

ROACHES AND ATTITUDE ROACHES!!! No matter how much I clean... ROACHES!!!! And the other two ads sound a lot like they were fabricated by the staff. Twice in the time that we have lived here we have had water pouring down from the upper apartment into ours, streaming in from the light fixtures

Great for the money I have lived in this complex for a year, and have loved it. It's quiet, clean, Tocara is now the manager and she is great, I have never seen a single roach. The maintence staff is very kind, and takes a great deal of pride in their job. I loved it here.

wonderful place to live I have lived here since 2000 and have no reason to leave. Since I have moved in, the office staff as well as maintenance have been wonderful. I have sent many people here over the years since I know they would be happy here too.

So quiet! This is the quietest place I've lived. The only noise is the kids at play which to me is happy noises. There is unlimited parking, no places visitors have to park which is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Pool is beautiful.

Love It I actually have to disagree with some of the recent review. I think the management is very effective and efficient in handling complaints. I recently lost my roomate and they were very accomodating in my move to a one bedroom apartment.

Hunter's Woods Basic vanilla townhouse/apartment. I have one of the two bdrm apts,nobody above me or below me which is great. Units are older but maintained. Heat pumps are old and not particularly efficient.
Very convenient to I-295.
