Mill Trace Village 69% Recommended May 12 2008: My husband and I moved in over a year ago "kicking and screaming" because we didn't want to be in an apt and didn't want to live in Mechanicsville since we both work downtown. Mill Trace has changed our minds The Pines at Cold Harbor 55% Recommended Apr 03 2008: I have lived here for 3 years and I was going to move out but I have decided to stay. The new managemnt people have really turned this place around. They kicked out all the people that were loud and The Pines at Cold Harbor 55% Recommended Apr 03 2008: I love the new girls in the office. Everyone is soooo nice! The whole place looks really great. The trash is picked up on time and the lawns are kept clean. It's a lot better. I definitely recommend living here. Mill Trace Village 69% Recommended Mar 10 2008: Mill Trace is definatlely over priced! The neighbors sound like they are either moving furniture at all times of the day AND night or moving it! I can hear their full conversations and their music. Children run and stomp along The Pines at Cold Harbor 55% Recommended Feb 28 2008: I've lived here for a few years and had some of the same issues as other people talked about, but the other day I called the office and the girls in the office were really nice and actually cared about |
