Excellent community, great location, could not ask for anything better! - I moved into Colonial Village at Waterford a few months ago and have been nothing but impressed by the community. They are constantly doing landscaping and making the grounds look great. Parking has NEVER been an issue as there is ample amounts of spaces. The pool area is clean.
