Quite, well cared for community apartments

This is the nicest apartment complex I've ever lived in, and I've stayed in quite a few. The apartments are set at the end of a road off of Hull Street, which is a very busy, and right next to 288 (an expressway). It's a growing area, lots of stores nearby - Wal-Mart, Home Depot, PetSmart right across the street and right down the way there's a Target, Office Max, new movie complex, lots of restaurants. Best yet - these apartments are totally enclosed in beautiful woods that insulate them from all the noise and hubbub.
I never hear my neighbors, most folks living here seem to be young/middle age professionals. There are children here but I've never had any problems. Every day the maintenance workers clean the entire grounds and they have professional landscaping. I've had a few maintenance issues and they were taken care of very promptly. Pets are allowed, I've seen large dogs and there are plenty of nice places to walk them.
Two cons: growth of homes and traffic in this area. Right now, end of 2006, there is major construction on Hull street where they are widening the road to deal with congestion. I'm used to dealing with Dallas TX nightmare driving so I'm pretty used to it, but people who have lived here for a while really complain about it. The second con is price, but I guess you get what you pay for. I'm just happy to have a nice peaceful place to come home to every night!
