I am a current resident of Addision at Swift Creek. I recently experienced a problem that I thought could be resolved quickly. I made several phone calls to the leasing office were I encountered rudeness from staff. I then decided to take my claim to the Corporate office (------)where I also left several messages, but received no phone call back. It is now one week later and the leasing manager has decided to respond to my complaint but stating the exact opposite of what previous staff had stated. Now I am questioning the integrity of the office staff. Please if you live here or are thinking of moving here get everything in writing. Things change based on who you're talking to. If you need an apartment you can have mind I am looking to get out of here quickly.
I called in a mainteance request over a month ago yet none of my living room windows will open. Guess they don't intend to fix.
I called and asked for an appointment to sit down with a staff person and go over my account because they have sent me late rent letters when I was not late on rent. The matter was always resolved yet I still wanted to see why the error was made and if it could later bite me in the butt. NO RESPONSE as of today it has now been 3weeks. I shared all of this information with the Corporate office yet no return phone call. You would think paying this kind of money for an apartment you could get better service certainly better treatment. I have found bigger, newer and nicer apartments in this area for CHEAPER or the same market value. So again if anyone out there needs a spot please contact the leasing office so I can get out of here.
The noise level is terrible I can hear my neighbors television, music, I can hear him using the bathroom. I know when he comes home as well as when he leaves because I can hear him. If the television is off I can hear his every footstep which is often. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Is the staff person you have issues with -------- because I have had severe issue with this complex from the start and I moved there after having issue with another one of their complexes with noise, needless to say that apartment I have has brown stains in the tub and the carpet is horribly worn out and they wont do it and just said that it was normal wear and tear.
