I lived at Addison at Swift Creek for two and a half years and loved it the whole time. From the moment that I applied the staff was courteous and caring. They had my needs in mind and moved me into the apartment that I was looking for exactly. They made the approval process the easiest I have ever been through. The maintenance team was always on the ball when I called in a request and they even went above and beyond on several occassions. They were always prompt and I never had to wonder when work would be done. The community itself is beautiful and I used to walk all around it on the trails leading through. Part of the ease of the community was because of the quiet that was there. The main road was close by but not disturbing at all. Another reason that I chose to live there was because the size of the apartments was fantastic! The closet space was huge! All in all I would still live there but bought a house. If I ever need an apartment I know that I will go back there!

I am currently apartment shopping in Richmond, I came across this place then decided to check out the reviews. After a few bad, and brutally consistant, reviews about how the management and the leasing office is ill advised and under-prepared, an employee definetly posted this bullcrap review. Be smart, and try to ignore this review completely, seems way too happy and out of place. "The maintenance team...went above and beyond..." <<< yea right, seems way to fishy.

I agree with santavi1, this posting was made by an employee as I live their and there is no way this posting is correct and it was than why are 3 residents in my building all moving out because of the all of the apartment bs and the nice hikes in apartment renewal price even though they will gladly give a new resident a $100 discount. They do not care about the residents at all and I have first hand experience with that. Stay away from these apartments if you can!
