Funny - I am a Property Manager for another management company and am living at Addison @ Swift Creek due to my recent house fire. I have enjoyed this apartment, the neighbors and the entire experience WAY more than any of the other folks that rated this place. My apartment (the 2 bdr with 2 bath) is a great layout, has huge closets and the pantry is awsome. I have never seen a bug, can park near the building anytime day or night, LOVE my view of the woods and would DEFINITELY recommend this place for the /- $950 in rent.

The carpet is typical, I walk my 75 lb legal dog and I clean up his poop. I feel safe here at night and maintenance has always been quick to fix things! The fitness center is very nice and the dumpster areas are clean.

It really doesn't serve me to rate another community so highly but the complaints I've read so far sound way off the mark from my experience. I highly recommend this apartment with a private wooded view.
