I had a bad experience at this apartment. It seemed as if every 3 months they were trying to squeeze more money out of me. First they accused me of only paying half the rent, they threw away the 2nd check and contacted their lawyer. Secondly their maintenance department told the office I had a dog which they charged me an additional $320 on my monthly rent (I never had a dog). This took several weeks to clear up with them having to do a surprise walk thru of the apartment. The walls are very thin (could here neighbor above pee and sing in bathroom)and we received several letters advising us of the many car vandalisms in the complex. Thankfully ours were never touched.
Also when we moved in one huge issue we had was the door frame (bedroom) was chewed up by a dog, from a pervious owner
