Waterford is an ok place to live. Rent is high for my 2br/2bth. I am a single mother and I must have a 2br, so paying for it all on 1 income is a struggle. Not to mention that I got a "special" for my first year and now that it is time to renew my lease, my rent is going up almost $100 per month. Why not keep the same rate to keep your residents' Doesn't make sense to me. I feel safe 90% of the time. I wish the office would have the bushes/shrubs along the walkway cut down as they are taller than I am (5'3") and I feel unsafe walking through there at night time. Noise is a BIG problem. The race track and fire department do not bother me. My neighbors do. The neighbors above me sound like they are moving furniture EVERY night, sometimes past 11pm this is still going on. My 4yr old has awakened from this noise many times. Neighbors below me blast the music way too much. I'm sorry but if these are things you want to do, fine, but you need to get a house. When you live in an apartment, you really need to have respect for others around you. Not everyone wants to hear music and/or tv that loud.
