Horrible...

My wife went into their main office and asked them what she needed to do to leave and advised them the date in which we would be moving out. 30 days later, they told us that they needed a 30 day written notice and didn't have one...I asked them why they didn't give her one when she came in 30 days prior to advise them that we were leaving and they didn't have an answer, but still charged me an extra month when we didn't even live there. Avoid this place at all costs...that was a fraudulent scam, as far as I'm concerned. Renter beware!
