N for needs improvement

For the past two years, the problems at Waterford were tolerable because of the affordability and convenient location. Now that they plan to raise my rent $130 per month, it just isn't worth it, and I will not be renewing. A little about my experience: First of all, I still don't have a copy of my last renewed lease although I have requested it at least five times since the renewal that took place five months AFTER the lease actually expired. I had renewed it last June, but for some reason, no one could locate any documentation, so they accused me of never renewing.
Last fall, my toilet overflowed while I was out of town and leaked on my neighbors below, and the maintenance team entered my apartment and left my balcony door OPEN, my heat turned up, and the lights on. They had also disconnected my washer and it took over a week for someone to come back and reconnect it. My A/C has stopped working twice, the unit leaking and freezing up, the laundry closet door has fallen off the track at least three times only to be shoddily repaired each time, and the smell of my downstairs neighbors' cigarette smoke somehow always manages to invade my living space. I feel that management has to make some improvements in order to validate charging over $800 for a one bedroom.
