Poor Accounting & Office Staff

Good location but pricey and not worth the money

They have terrible accounting/billing. Don't be surprised to get an Eviction Notice on your door even after you paid and you must prove they cashed our rent. For Utilities you pay for shared Utilities (shared with everyone in that building so you do NOT pay what you use.
Its amazing what they charge for 1 dumpster.

Office Staff including the Manager is 50% unreliable & rarely answer the phones.
