Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
This has been the worst place I have ever lived. The managers do absolutely nothing about any neighbor clearly breaking lease rules - I was finally told by Chesterfield Police I had to put a warrant out of my neighbor - I did - he "suddenly" moved out and I dropped the warrant. Nothing ever gets fixed - now they add cable to the bill - capable I do NOT and never have HAD - but now I am forced to pay for. I gave my notice finally - buying a home.
The maint guy is super nice - the rest of the staff doesn't have a clue how to - actually they DO have a clue how to run a business - they just don't care. Period. What a shame. All this money they collect - cant fix the dumpster - can't power wash the breezeways - sauana has NEVER worked in 2 years yet still listed as an amenity!
1067.00 a month for 2/2 - come on now - I can and DID buy a HOUSE for the same price - this place is filthy. Dirty.
Do yourself a BIG favor - see a lender - there are deals still out there AND we get the 8000.00 check from Obama JUST for buying by the end of the year!!
